New in green food or just really curious? Or more experienced and in need for new inspiration? Interested in getting to know new ingredients?
During my cooking courses we cook in a group of max. 12 persons.
In half a day I introduce you to my green (vegetarian and/or vegan) recipes. Together we cook dishes in different themes. Maybe you are interested in the typical Scandinavian tastebuds or how to make the best green brunch? Or a fancy autumn dinner with several courses or are you maybe more into world-tapas to go with your Sunday drink?
Together we enjoy the fun of cooking and get inspired by al the possibilities in the kitchen.
After the cooking we set the table and join in together to eat the prepared lunch or dinner (depending on the theme and time of the course).
